Who We Are

Projects for Purpose is a reform and capability delivery studio supporting government and human services organisations to move from policy intent to structured implementation.

In complex environments, strong policy direction does not automatically translate into effective operational delivery. Sustainable change requires aligned governance, disciplined execution and capability embedded within organisational systems and everyday practice.

Projects for Purpose was established to bridge this gap — ensuring initiatives are designed with implementation in mind and supported through to embedment.

Leadership

Projects for Purpose is led by Linda Vallance, a reform and delivery specialist with experience across complex public sector and human services environments.

Linda brings a systems-oriented approach to implementation, combining structured governance design, process alignment and delivery leadership to ensure reform is practical, measurable and sustained.

Her approach is disciplined yet collaborative — working alongside executive teams and stakeholders to translate strategic commitments into operational reality.

Our Approach

We listen carefully.
We diagnose precisely.
We design structured systems that support sustainable outcomes.

Our work integrates governance, process, systems and capability — ensuring reform is not only launched but embedded.

Our Values

Discipline
We apply structured methodologies and clear governance to ensure reform is delivered with rigour and accountability.

Clarity
We prioritise clear thinking, practical design and transparent communication across all stages of delivery.

Integrity
We operate with professional discretion, evidence-based reasoning and a commitment to sustainable outcomes.

Practicality
We design systems and processes that function in real operational environments — not just on paper.
